Many experts working in suicide prevention believe that shifting efforts away from focusing on risk factors and towards focusing on resiliency can be a better way to help people that are struggling. While resiliency is not something that can be developed overnight, it can be improved upon with time and effort. We will discuss exercises and activities that can be done to help build resiliency and is for anyone who wants to learn more about supporting their well-being or others.
