Free Mental Health Workshops for College Students
Navigating the pressures and stressors of college life can be difficult. Our free workshops are designed to foster open dialogues about mental health and suicide prevention for students, faculty, and administration. Reach out today to schedule an in person or virtual workshop for your college or university.
Students
Our workshops for college students address the emotional challenges that can arise during the college experience. Small, interactive workshops give young adults a safe forum for conversation. Topics include dispelling myths about mental health, exploring prevention strategies, practicing self-care and coping mechanisms, and knowing what to do when they or a friend needs help.
Faculty and Staff
College staff workshops provide tools and resources to effectively respond to a student in distress. Staff will learn how to recognize risk factors and warning signs of suicide, and identify basic steps for getting students help. These workshops are best for educators, administrators, guidance counselors, nurses, and other staff.

Need to help someone who is struggling?
Many people are afraid to talk about suicide, but it is often a great relief to someone thinking about suicide to know that you have noticed their pain. If you worry that someone you know may be suicidal, we have a few suggestions about how to help support them.
