Healing After Suicide Loss

A Video Series of Real Stories from Suicide Loss Survivors

When someone we love dies by suicide, the journey that follows is a uniquely painful form of grief. This video series highlights stories of suicide loss survivors from the Samaritans community who have walked this difficult path and found ways to rebuild their lives with meaning and hope.

Each story is unique, but they all have common threads: the complex emotions of guilt, anger, and shame; the search for answers that may never come; and the ways we transform pain into purpose, using our experiences to help others. They demonstrate that while we never truly “get over” a loss, we can learn to carry our grief while embracing life.
