This in-person meeting is offered in partnership with Ben Speaks\, with support from the Parmenter Foundation. \nSafePlace is not a professional therapy group\, but rather a peer support group offering nonjudgmental listening\, peer connection\, and shared understanding. It offers a chance to share helpful resources\, and to give and get support through the long process of grieving. This year we will have the option of both in-person and virtual attendance.* All proceeds help fund Samaritans’ life saving services\, including our 24/7 Helpline\, suicide prevention workshops\, and grief support services for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
