SUMMARY:Holliston: In-Person SafePlace Meeting for Parents - Monthly
DESCRIPTION:This monthly SafePlace support group offers a chance for parents and guardians to connect with others who understand the profound grief that comes with losing a child to suicide. This in-person meeting is offered in partnership with Ben Speaks\, with support from the Parmenter Foundation. \nSafePlace is not a professional therapy group\, but rather a peer support group offering nonjudgmental listening\, peer connection\, and shared understanding. It offers a chance to share helpful resources\, and to give and get support through the long process of grieving. Meetings are free\, ongoing\, and drop-in. \nMonthly meetings are held: \n\n3rd Saturday of every month\n11:00 am – 12:30 pm ET\nBen Speaks Office\, 360 Woodland St\, 2nd Floor\, Holliston\, MA 01746\n\nSamaritans SafePlace groups are open anyone\, to regardless of race\, ethnicity\, age\, gender\, religion\, sexual orientation\, gender identity\, gender expression\, disability\, economic status and other diverse backgrounds. \nRSVP
